Christmas gift guide…

Hi there

Christmas is well under way in our house now the tree is up and our little festive friend has arrived (the elf on the shelf aka Arrow Arnold). My Christmas shopping mojo seems to have disappeared and I am really struggling with things to get for everyone. I really don’t like the thought of buying for the sake of buying but I’m so stuck this year. I always like to look at other people’s gift guides to see what they are buying and what things my friends and family might like that I haven’t thought of. With this in mind I’ve decided to put my own gift guide to help anyone else who maybe be struggling with ideas this Christmas.

For kids

Last year at Christmas both my boys got these Maileg mouse matchbox toys. My husband thought they wouldn’t be looked near but it turns out they loved them and we have since bought them 2 more. One is the little brother and one is the big brother but there are so many variations that they would be a great present for either boy or girl. I got the boys both from the lovely Julie at daisybelledreams, click here to shop. Julie has just decided to close this little shop up and is offering discount using the code THANKYOU.

I have also purchased this little wooden mixer for Gracie from elc. It’s super cute and will look so nice on her wooden kitchen. You can shop here.

For him

These bows are a part of a matching father and son gift set and would make a lovely gift for husband or daddy for Christmas. They are made in Northern Ireland by dg bows ni and are amazing quality you can shop the etsy shop here or have a look at the Instagram page here.

A popular gift choice this seems to be Bluetooth speaker or home hubs such as the amazon echo or Google home. I haven’t tried any of these but love the idea that you can add to it to control different settings around your home.

I bought this wireless charger for David last Christmas and it’s a great job, you just need to set you phone on to it and it charges. I would like one myself but it my phone doesn’t have wireless charging. I’ve linked a similar one here.

For her

This handwritten script mama necklace from Stella and dot, would make a lovely Christmas gift for a mummy from her little ones or even from a husband to his wife. It’s a lovely length at 16″ but can also be adjusted with the 3″ extender. You can shop the Stella and dot necklace here.

I found this travel mug and it’s perfect for me as I don’t like stainless steel travel mugs. This one is ceramic and has a lid and a handle unlike most travel mugs. It has an insulated cover on the bottom which keeps the drink warm but it isn’t spill proof (I tested this accidently). I couldn’t find a link to it but it was £6.99 from tk max. I think I may go back and get one for my mum also.

This watch stand could be for either him or her. It’s actually David’s but I use it at the minute. I’ve linked a similar double his and hers here.

Why not buy a watch to go with the stand. Both watches I have pictured have been gifted to me by lily and stone watches which you can find here. Both watches are great quality and looks and they have a lot of variety in the styles they offer. I have other well known brands of watch which cost 2 and 3 times the price but havent been as good of quality. I have a discount code which I will be sharing with my followers over on Instagram you can follow along here.

Thanks for reading hope you have got some inspiration maybe you could share some of your Christmas gift ideas in the comments below. If you would like to see more from me please follow along on here and on instagram Instagram.
